It rewards activity, not just £'s

We signed up to OneUp for the easy methods of getting data from Bullhorn that we couldn't do otherwise. The gamification wasn't a big driver for us as we've always been a non KPI driven company... BUT, we've recently trialled the Leagues function and attributed different points to different activities that accumulate to total points and league positions. It's helping drive activity and rewards activity and not just £'s. Derry and Greg told me I'd change my mind on gamification - they were right 😉
